Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Last updated: May 7, 2026  ·  Effective: May 7, 2026

Note: This document is designed to align with Chrome Web Store requirements and general US privacy expectations. It is not legal advice. A US business attorney should review the Auto-Book disclosure, indemnification, and arbitration language before public launch.

1. Operator and scope

This Privacy Policy describes how the HaulSentinel browser extension ("Software", "we", "our") handles information when you use the Software.

Operator: JGS Transportation LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as ("d/b/a") "HaulSentinel". NJ Entity ID: 0450745735.

Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey 07206, United States.

Contact: support@haulsentinel.com

The Software is offered exclusively to carriers, fleet owners, dispatchers, and authorized drivers operating in the United States. It is not available outside the United States.

2. Data handled locally vs. data sent to us

HaulSentinel runs inside your browser. Some Amazon Relay page information must be read or processed locally so the extension can match your filters, show alerts, and, if enabled, click a booking control on your behalf. Local processing does not mean that data is sent to HaulSentinel servers.

CategoryExamplesWhere it is handled
Local-only Amazon Relay dataLoad origin, destination, pay, pickup time, route details, visible load board content, filter settings, warehouse codes, cities, states, price thresholdsProcessed in your browser only; not sent to HaulSentinel servers
Local-only settings and consentExtension settings, Auto-Book consent version, consent timestamp, consent text hashStored in chrome.storage.local / chrome.storage.sync, depending on the setting
Server-side license datadevice_id, Amazon Relay carrier identifiers, license key, license email, license tier, subscription statusSent to HaulSentinel only to activate licenses, enforce trial rules, prevent abuse, and provide support
Limited usage eventsSession start/stop timestamps, match counts, auto-book attempt counts, rate-limit events, extension version, Chrome version, error codesSent only if telemetry is enabled or required for abuse/security controls; no load details or prices
Never collected by HaulSentinelAmazon Relay passwords, session tokens, cookies, full browsing history outside Amazon Relay, keystrokes, mouse movements, payment card numbersNot collected, stored, or transmitted by HaulSentinel

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad trackers inside the extension.

3. What we collect on our servers

3.1 License and device identifiers (required for paid plans)

When you activate a paid license or start a free trial, we store on our servers:

This data is necessary to provide the paid service. Retained while your subscription is active, plus twelve (12) months after cancellation.

3.2 Limited usage statistics

We collect a small number of aggregate or pseudonymous events from your device to help us improve the Software, detect outages, and prevent abuse:

We never receive the specific origin, destination, pay, filter values, or full content of the loads or filters you scan. A server-side PII blocklist is enforced as a safety net.

You may disable telemetry from the extension's Settings page when the feature is available. Disabling telemetry clears any locally buffered optional events immediately. Security, license validation, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention events may still be processed when necessary to provide and protect the service.

3.3 Auto-Book consent record (local only)

When you accept the Auto-Book consent modal, we store locally on your device (not on our servers) a record of: consent version, acceptance timestamp, and a hash of the consent text you agreed to. This helps us show that you were informed of the risks and re-prompt you if the disclosure text materially changes.

3.4 Chrome Web Store disclosure alignment

To keep the Chrome Web Store listing, privacy dashboard, and this policy aligned, HaulSentinel should disclose data categories based on the extension's actual behavior:

Chrome Web Store categoryHaulSentinel handling
Personally identifiable informationLicense email, purchase account information received from Lemon Squeezy, and carrier/license identifiers used for trial and license enforcement
User activityLimited usage events such as session timestamps, match counts, auto-book attempt counts, rate-limit events, and error codes
Authentication informationHaulSentinel license key/JWT only. We do not collect Amazon Relay credentials, cookies, or session tokens.
Website contentAmazon Relay page content is processed locally to provide the user-facing feature. It is not transmitted to HaulSentinel servers. If Google treats local page processing as "handled" website content, this should be disclosed with that explanation.
Web browsing activityHaulSentinel is limited to the Amazon Relay pages declared in the extension manifest and does not track browsing outside Amazon Relay.

The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs and, where applicable, Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Subprocessors

We use the following third parties to operate the service:

ProviderPurposeData

5. Data retention

9. Changes to this policy

10. Amazon non-affiliation and no anti-circumvention

HaulSentinel is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, including but not limited to Amazon Relay, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Logistics, or any subsidiary or related entity. The names "Amazon" and "Amazon Relay" are registered trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. and are used solely to describe the platform that the Software interacts with on the user's behalf.

HaulSentinel is not an anti-detection, anti-bot evasion, or access-circumvention tool. We do not promise that Amazon will approve, permit, ignore, or fail to detect use of the Software. The Software is not designed or marketed to bypass, evade, defeat, or circumvent Amazon security systems, anti-bot controls, authentication, rate limits, technical protection measures, or access controls.

The Software operates only within the user's already-authenticated browser session. Some features may read page state, observe network responses, or request Amazon Relay endpoints available to that logged-in session solely to provide the user-facing feature. The Software does not steal credentials, bypass login, impersonate Amazon, or access Amazon systems outside the user's authorized session.

11. Refund and cancellation policy

12. Terms of Use

The following terms apply to all use of the Software. By installing, activating, or using HaulSentinel you accept these terms.

12.1 License and authorized carrier use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HaulSentinel for your own carrier operations.

You represent that you are the Amazon Relay carrier account owner, fleet owner, authorized dispatcher, or authorized driver for the account where the Software is used. You may not use the Software on an Amazon Relay account unless you have authority from the carrier account owner to do so.

You may not resell, sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, share, lease, or rent the Software or your license key. You may not use the Software to provide a competing service.

12.2 No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not guarantee that HaulSentinel will detect every matching load, that auto-booked loads will be profitable, or that the Software will continue to function if Amazon Relay materially changes its interface.

12.3 You accept all booking risk

If you enable Auto-Book, you remain solely responsible for every load that is booked under your account. You agree that:

12.4 Amazon Relay Terms of Service

Use of automation tools may, depending on Amazon's then-current policies, be restricted by Amazon Relay's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with Amazon Relay's terms. Risk of warning, suspension, deactivation, termination, loss of loads, or other action against your Amazon Relay carrier account rests entirely with you. We do not warrant that the Software complies with any specific Amazon policy at any specific time.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
